When they were taking applications for their Charlotte pop-up on April 27-28, I sent in mine and crossed my fingers. Because they’re such an amazing organization to work with and the exposure at their pop-ups is huge for burgeoning businesses, getting chosen to be a vendor is a big honor.
Getting my acceptance was one of the most exciting things that has ever happened to me as a business owner. It was a sign to me that as an entrepreneur, I am living up to the spirit of community over competition.
On March 20 we were able to work with Laney Parrish, the pastry chef at 300 East; Bob Peters, the head mixologist at The Queen and Glass; and the of members of the Charlotte Symphony.
With all three of these elements, the evening was truly magical. First, Party Reflections came through and transformed the event space at Camp North End, a revitalized industrial park, into a gorgeous setting for dinner and music.
